Youll be supported in growing your practice leading client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a team thats nationally recognised for excellence.

What Were Looking For

• Has 57 years post-qualification experience in employment law
• Brings a strong foundation in employment legislation and case law
• Youll bring proven expertise in employment law with the confidence to lead mediations and represent clients in proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority (ERA)
• Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Demonstrates commercial awareness and a practical approach to legal advice
• Enjoys building and maintaining trusted client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert commercially focused legal advice and representation to clients on a broad range of employment law matters
• Lead and support mediations and ERA proceedings
• Draft legal documents including employment agreements policies and settlement documentation
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal training and development
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership
• Maintain high standards of compliance and professional conduct
