What Were Looking For
- Has 57 years post-qualification experience in employment law
- Brings a strong foundation in employment legislation and case law
- Youll bring proven expertise in employment law with the confidence to lead mediations and represent clients in proceedings before the Employment Relations Authority (ERA)
- Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Demonstrates commercial awareness and a practical approach to legal advice
- Enjoys building and maintaining trusted client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert commercially focused legal advice and representation to clients on a broad range of employment law matters
- Lead and support mediations and ERA proceedings
- Draft legal documents including employment agreements policies and settlement documentation
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal training and development
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership
- Maintain high standards of compliance and professional conduct
