Job Role: Associate HR

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals social media and campus drives
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in human resource management or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and techniques
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and grow should be ok to travel for campus drives
