Size and functions of local team: 30 people in Amsterdam across multiple functions;
Role description:
Lead a growth team of 5 (Digital PR Engagement SME Product)
40k clients & 80k users in NL 100% YoY growth (4X in next 2-3 years)
Hands-on leadership role (required for role & embedded in culture)
Channels: PR organic in-app referrals CRM Performance Partnerships
Close collaboration with HQ (Product E-commerce Performance)
Focus on metrics: CAC CAC payback CAC per channel LTV etc.
Biggest challenge: rebuld team double growth rate outpace competition

NL is the smallest but fastest growing market
Highly data-driven; emphasis on understanding growth mechanics
Lean local org leveraging central teams; focus on scaling smart energy adoption in NL
B2C-only with no traditional sales orgmarketing/product-led growth
Growth perspective (for the candidate in the role/company):
Seat on product and market councils
Ability to shape local strategy and influence global roadmap
High-visibility role in strategic growth market
Ownership of a full market with major impact potential
Must haves:
5 years commercial leadership experience (teams of 5 FTE)
B2C subscriptions similar GTM (FinTech Gaming Insurance)
Food Delivery eBikes or Marketplace is less relevant
If so strong enough to go beyond current playbooks
Experience in Digital CRM PR organic & performance
Highly data-driven analytical focus on revenue metrics
Nice to haves:
Familiarity with Dutch energy space regulation and trends
Salary range & secondary benefits: 100K150K base equity bonus (TBD)
