Country Manager Indonesia
This is a Sales Agent posi on contract will be issued under MMD Singapore.
We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Country Manager to lead our opera ons
in Indonesia. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the local
market strong business acumen and a proven ability to drive growth build high-performing
teams and manage complex stakeholder rela onships.
Key Responsibili es:
Develop and execute the country-level business strategy aligned with regional and
global objec ves.
Lead and inspire cross-func onal teams including sales marke ng opera ons and
finance.
Build and maintain strong rela onships with key customers government bodies and
strategic partners.
Iden fy and pursue new business opportuni es to expand market presence and
revenue.
Oversee P&L budge ng forecas ng and ensure financial targets are met.
Ensure compliance with local laws regula ons and corporate governance standards.
Represent the company in public forums industry events and media engagements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience with at least 5 years in a country or
general management role.
Strong track record of driving business growth and managing large teams in
Indonesia.
Deep understanding of Indonesias economic regulatory and cultural landscape.
Excellent leadership communica on and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English both spoken and wri2en. (to effec vely
communicate with regional stakeholders and support cross-border collabora on)
Willingness to travel domes cally and interna onally as needed.
