O que faz um Aprendiz de RH na Hogarth

O Aprendiz participar do desenvolvimento e implementao de estratgias de Recursos Humanos assegurando condies para alcanar o plano de negcios da empresa. Aplicar regras e procedimentos que visam proporcionar uma fora de trabalho qualificada e eficiente para a empresa.

reas-chave de Responsabilidade

  • Ajudar na criao de cards de comunicao interna.
  • Ajudar na gesto de benefcios.
  • Agendar salas preparar materiais e confirmar presenas para garantir a execuo eficiente das sesses de treinamento e a recepo dos participantes.
  • Ajudar em atividades generalistas de RH.
  • Coletar e analisar feedbacks sobre comunicaes internas sugerindo melhorias.
  • Auxiliar na organizao de eventos internos garantindo uma comunicao clara antes durante e aps os eventos.

Requisitos:

  • Ter entre 17 e 22 anos;
  • Ensino Mdio em andamento ou concludo;
  • Estar em regularidade com o servio militar obrigatrio;
  • Residir em Porto Alegre com disponibilidade para atuao hbrida no escritrio da empresa e para aula terica semanal presencial na Espro;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar das 13h s 17h ou das 10h s 14h de segunda a sexta (carga horria de 4h diria);
  • No ter atuado por mais de 6 meses como Jovem Aprendiz em outra organizao.
