You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailConsolidate inputs and support the team in executing vendor onboarding in coordination with various department who are key partners to this process
Support the team in governing the empanelment process ensuring that we screened vendor and resources being assigned to our projects
Monitor and manage the working of subcontracting process w.r.t compliance to mandatory training screening of resources interviewing process
Generate regular MI on vendor scorecard/performance.
Participate in facilitation of ID smooth onboarding w.r.t asset allocation ID creation etc.
Monitor Invoicing process for timely bill payment
Execute timely exit and revocation of KPMG resources from the vendor contractor.
Actively support in Annual Vendor attestation and vendor/ resource feedback exercise and consolidate / share the feedback with management.
Provide inputs required to work with Legal and Risk team for various changes in the documentation and maintain records to cater internal / external audits.
Ensure timely updation of documents and various declaration on the sub-contracting portal.
Mandatory Skills
Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Minimum 0-2 years of professional experience in administration of a large multinational corporation
Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
Strong knowledge of Compliance and Process controls.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Ability to embed a strong customer centric service and collaborative culture
Experience of encouraging a culture of continuous service improvement
Understanding of process automation quality framework desirable
Preferred Skills
Preferred 1 years of experience in HR services or similar portfolio
Knowledge of HR Systems
Self-driven
Ability to work independently
