To market a new independent brand digitally in 46 countries and 20 different languages Or launching a direct-to-consumer strategy worldwide If you dont shy away from that - and immediately think about the impact on employees the processes the IT landscape the data and the content - then your mindset is already good.
In the role of Senior Consultant Digital Marketing you will work for multinationals and help them to grow in digital. You are a real spider in the web and build bridges with the customer between business and IT. You work on behalf of the customer and take the time and space to really map out the needs and wishes. That is also necessary. You work in the fascinating world of multinationals that sell many different products with multiple brands through different touchpoints in many countries. So its complex to steer that in the right direction and at the same time exactly the puzzle that you get out of bed full of energy for.
But before you get the time to really help there is often a way to go. Your assignments are not a spread bed. There is certainly not always a clear customer question or a very precise goal defined. This is where you really show your added value: together with the customer you create clarity about the question and the solution. This way you make a plan that you realize with all those involved.

Job requirements
At least 7 years of experience preferably as a digital marketing consultant;
You have experience with complex stakeholder and change management;
Understanding enterprise dynamics: You know the challenges the political field and opportunities within large organizations and know exactly how to create movement.
Expert in global operations: You know how to organize marketing operations smartly and effectively on a global scale.
You are a born networker and build your network very naturally both internally and externally;
You easily build bridges between people and technology;
You see the big picture think long-term but also easily turn the switch for concrete results;
You realize your own trajectories from A to Z.
