Job Description

Location: Juinagar
Shift Timing: General Shift
Work Mode: 5 days work from the office
Notice Period: 15 30 days

Experience Requirement:

2 3 years of experience is required in providing support to customer queries and requests via email.
Educational Qualification (Must-Have): Masters degree in Chemistry Life Sciences Biochemistry or related fields of Science.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to understand incoming queries and requests related to regulatory matters or DOW products.
Good understanding of Product Stewards Regulatory and TS&D.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
