Job Description

Role: Sales Executive/ SDR/Lead Generation
Work Location: Schaumburg IL (onsite)
Position Type: Contract
Experience: 2-5 Years
Requirements:
As an SDR/Lead Gen Specialist the person will be at the forefront of our sales efforts relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities. Mission is to identify engage and qualify prospective clients through strategic outreach setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. This role demands a high-energy results-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development.
Prospect Identification: Aggressively source and identify high-potential leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and CRM platforms.
Outreach Execution: Conduct high-volume multi-channel outreach (cold calls emails social media) to engage decision-makers and generate interest.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through discovery calls assessing needs budget and decision-making authority to ensure alignment with our solutions.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback to refine targeting strategies.
CRM Management: Diligently update and manage lead data in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends competitors and market opportunities to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales development lead generation or a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Experience with is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a fearless approach to cold calling and objection handling.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce etc.) and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.).
Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic high-growth environment.
Mindset: Aggressive self-motivated and relentless in pursuit of goals. A hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
Education: Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field preferred but not required with demonstrated success
