Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of settlement: responsible for the end-to-end management of the entire process of settlement identifying settlement pain points optimizing settlement plans and settlement cycles and improving customer interface settlement satisfaction.
- Monitoring review and analysis of channel resource usage: responsible for monitoring the progress of channel resource usage review and analysis of plans etc. identifying problems and promoting ROI improvement.
- Manage distributor/customer/account for claim spending and tracking status: Monitoring all trade claim promotion activity from Customer and Account ensure the activity claimed processed on time.
- Work with cross-functional department: Able to working with others mainstream at all levels to drive proper budget and spending of promotion claims activity.
- Process and IT solutions:combined with changes in business scenarios participate in the design promotion and tracking of process and IT solutions;
Job Requirements
- Educational background requirements: full-time undergraduate degree or above;
- Language skills: can listen speak read and write in Chinese and English fluent in Chinese.
- Work experience: financial knowledge are preferred; 2-3 years of experience in settlement management in the industry experience in multinational companies;
- Work diligently and carefully be sensitive to data have a strong sense of teamwork and have strong communication skills; and can work independently.
- Proficient in using Excel PowerPoint and other office software.
