YOUR TASK
LeadQualification Process Deployment
Execute call strategiesprovided by Digital Sales Manager / Telemarketing Manager
Use communications skills to identify decision-makers for Express shipping and gain access to them
Combine sales skills with DHL product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects/identify rank-up potential during re-qualification
Continually develop knowledge of DHLs services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximise the departments contribution to the sales function
Customer Information Maintenance & Reporting
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the customer database
Clean lead lists and Multichannel data with captured information
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree student
- Final year student
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
- Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
