Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients in Mekari product
Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal
Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.
Continually gather feedback from our clients then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap
Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails quotations invoices and weekly report
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from any major
Min 2 years of experience as Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in SaaS/Tech company
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills able to multitask & posses good time management
Fluent in verbal and written English
Able to work under pressure
