Procurement Manager
Job Summary
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or in Purchasing/Inventory/Materials Control;
- A minimum of 10 years working experience in Procurement Management within the Inspection Services;
- Good command of the English language both in written and oral forms;
- Excellent negotiations skill ability to negotiate at the highest Management levels of the levels of the suppliers and subcontractors;
- Excellent understanding and experience of the full range of procurement categories within the Inspection services;
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with the full spectrum of imports exports and corresponding regulations and documentation;
- Competent in bidding and negotiations budgeting and billing processing;
- Have a good knowledge and experience with SAP systems
