Join Cooper Equipment Rentals a new division of Cooper Tacia General Contracting. We are seeking a qualified and experienced sales representative to join our office in New Bern this role we are seeking a results-driven professional who will effectively manage a territory to maximize revenue growth and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and executing plans to achieve sales goals and expanding market share within designated sales territory
Cultivating strong working relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products services and pricing
Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through CRM platforms and other tools
Educating customers on product offerings through formal presentations and personal training sessions
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience desired
3-5 years of sales experience
Knowledge of construction related equipment preferred or comparable industry experience with proven sales achievement
Must possess strong negotiation skills and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Valid Drivers License
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
Attention to detail with a strong safety mindset
Advanced computer skills
Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries

Salary: 90000 - 100000
