Job Description

Purpose
Key Missions
Lead & develop the quality team (engineers / inspectors)
Supervise quality activities and incidents related to materials and suppliers
Manage/coordinate supplier performance
Lead supplier development (key suppliers)
Build strong connection with operations suppliers and corporate purchasing quality teams
Engineering & mechanical manufacturing background
Quality operations and supplier quality experience > 8 years
Be familiar in production system
Project management experience (product industrialization)
Expertise in the automotive industry Electronic product & Smart Card technologies will be a plus
Fluent in English oral/writing/call (daily practice with email/phone and to transfer information/knowledge into local language at factories)
Required technical skills include FTA/QRQC/8D Risk analysis (FMEA/AMDEC) ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
