Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our People function through process improvement stakeholder management and a keenness to help people.

In this role you will work closely with People Shared Service Lead and internal managers to provide a smooth and pleasant working experience for employees across the region throughout the employment cycle. Youll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge around immigration and general HR legislation across Asia.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Administrating onboarding and offboarding process ensuring the smooth and compliant operations according to FNZ policy and practice (e.g. offer contract issuing background check initiating and monitoring Workday process IT .)

  • Ownership of the HR mailbox responding to a range of queries and providing advice where necessary

  • Managing the upkeep of Workday (HRIS) with new starters leavers job changes pay uplifts reporting line changes employee

  • P-file maintenance in a timely and accurate manner

  • Supporting monthly payroll process to ensure all information feeding into payroll timely and accurate

  • Liaising with external suppliers e.g. benefits providers to solve any issues that arise.

  • Supporting People Ops lead on the implementation of key People Ops projects i.e. HRIS optimization and local policy system .

  • Working independently on annual People-related audit initiatives

Experience required:

  • University degree

  • 3 working experience in HR function

  • Fluent in English

  • Familiar with China labor law and legislations

  • Confident with well-developed written and verbal communication skills;

  • High attention to detail;

  • Ability to work effectively as a team to drive an excellent resourcing service to the business

  • Organized and proactive with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
