THE BUTCHER Albert Cuyp is looking for a hands-on and motivated Supervisor to join the this role youll support daily operations guide the team on the floor and ensure that every guest enjoys a fast friendly and top-quality experience every single time.
What youll do:
Oversee the shift and lead the team by example
Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction
Support with training and motivating staff
Handle operational tasks and help manage stock planning and cleanliness
Communicate clearly with kitchen and management
What you bring:
Experience in a hospitality or quick-service leadership role
Strong people skills and a proactive attitude
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Stress-resistant and great at multitasking
A team player with a sense of responsibility
