We are currently seeking a Dining Manager to oversee all F&B operations for THE BUTCHER ALBERT CUYP.
Job requirements
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant or food & beverage environment
Proven experience managing front-of-house operations including customer service and team supervision
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards
Financial acumen (e.g. cost control budgeting scheduling)
Proficient in POS systems and reservation platforms
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dining operations ensuring high-quality customer service
Supervise and train front-of-house staff (waiters hosts bartenders)
Manage shift schedules attendance and team performance
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness health and safety standards
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Support sales initiatives and promotions to enhance customer experience and revenue
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage floor operations
Certification in food safety hygiene or Social Hygiene (as required by local regulations is a plus)
