Responsibilities
- Organise monitor and handle all activities related to the management of the Corporations shopping centres / investment properties
- Carry out day-to-day administration and supervision of operational and management services including customer service cleaning security and maintenance
- Support promotion activities for the shopping malls
Requirements
- Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in property management or customer service; OR
- Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Remarks
- Required to wear uniform and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Shopping Centre Officer position
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
