Job Summary
Responsibilities
Supervise a Facility Maintenance Team on the Urban Line (URL) to provide maintenance functions for all facility maintenance equipment / systems including: BS Equipment ABWF AFC C&C PSD/APG Lift & Escalator etc. within the responsible area to ensure these equipment and facilities are functioning properly to cope with operational requirements of the Corporation
Conduct regular supervision & inspection and oversees the facility maintenance activities both in Traffic Hours or Non-Traffic Hours as scheduled
Review and monitor the performance of maintenance service contractors and Capital & Revenue works implementation for station facilities to meet the requirements of specification operating agreement and system performance standard
Assist and support to the implementation of Asset Management System and propose the maintenance strategy for equipment facilities
Organise and review technical investigation make analysis on maintenance requirements and propose recommendations to enhance the operability and maintainability of the related equipment and installations
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; or
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in engineering discipline with 8 years relevant working experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Good interpersonal communication analytical & problem solving skills
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays if required
