About the team and the role:

We are looking for a skilled communications professional to support our global functions Finance Legal and People! In this role youll build and deliver compelling communications support across teams. Candidate must possess 3 years of experience in employee communications strong project management skills and performing communication plans.

What you will accomplish:

• Plans writes edits and distributes content for internal communications channels including email slack intranet and events

• Supports communications and event planning for the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging programs Communities of Inclusion (COIs)

• Provides tactical and logistical support for large-scale employee communications programs and events built to engage our employees. This includes our annual awards program and special activities that improve our company culture.

• Brings creative ideas and innovative approaches to engaging employees

• Uses data-driven insights to measure results and adjust communication tactics as needed

• Provides mentorship to leaders around communication plans special events and announcements to ensure high impact and efficiency.

• Using self-serve templates crafts supporting assets to visually improve communications and campaigns including email headers Slack tiles digital signage etc.

• Collaborates closely with distributed team members to bridge connections across the business embodying a strong approach as a phenomenal teammate

What you will bring:

• Proficient in employee engagement strategies with at least 3 years of experience and excellent project management capabilities

• Bachelors degree required preferably in Communications Journalism Public Relations or related fields.

• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills; ability to cut through with a succinct modern communication style.

• Experience with communication strategy and plan development

• Data driven. Understands how to measure communication tactics and adjust based on results.

• Tech savvy. Strong grasp of innovative communication channels and methodology.

• Strong visual digital and social storytelling and engagement capabilities

• Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines optimally

• Valuable team member who collaborates to eliminate divisions and progress towards a mutual goal

• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to optimize workflows

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
