Communications Specialist Full Time Longview WA

Available Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 3pm-11pm
Wage: $25.56-$27.56/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Provide radio monitoring with event logging and recording.
- Alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems.
- Direct emergency response members.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Customer service background preferred.
- At least 1 year of dispatch experience required.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to mutitask.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
