Position Overview
A Communications Specialist is a professional responsible for crafting delivering and managing internal and external messages that align with the companys voice and objectives. This role involves building strong relationships with media outlets ensuring brand consistency and effectively communicating the companys vision to the public and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies that support company goals.
Draft edit and distribute press releases newsletters and promotional materials.
Manage media relations and respond to press inquiries.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging campaigns.
Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics.
Coordinate and represent the company at events conferences and community initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling and clear messages tailored to different audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
