Responsibilities

Stakeholdermanagement
- BuildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswiththemarketsFordcentralandlocalteamsandthe
dedicatedagencyteams(VML)
Distributorsmarketmanagement
- UnderstandandkeepuptodateonFordscentralcommsstrategiesinordertoprovideadequatesupport
tothemarketslocalmarketingactivities. - MaintaincontinuousandeffectivecommunicationwiththeimportersMarketingandMarketing
Communicationscolleaguesinallrelevantmarkets. - Actastheprimarypointofcontactforeverydaymarketingcommunicationsneedsacrosstheassigned
regionproactivelymonitorimportersmarketscommunicationsactivitiesprepareanalysesandpropose
correctiveactionsifnecessary.
BrandandstrategyAlignment
- Controlthatalllocalmarketingcommunicationsactivitiessupportbusinessobjectivesandalign
withFordsstrategy - CollaboratewiththeimportersandFordteamstoguaranteeconsistentmessagingacrossalltouchpoints.
ToprovidequalitysupporttothemarketstheEDM-siteandtheEDMwebsitearetobekeptuptodate.
CampaignSupport
- Proactivelygatherandaddresslocalmarketneedstoensurecampaignsareexecutedaccordingto
Fordsguidelinesandstrategy. - CoordinatewiththecentralFordCommsteamsthecentralVMLagency(Poland)and
localVMLagency(Hungary)forinformationapprovalsandanyspecificrequirements. - Effectivemanagementofsupplierssuchascreativeagencies
Budgetandadministrationmanagement
- SupervisetheFixedmarketingbudgetmanagementincludingmarketallocationandmonitoringofthe
marketscommunicationspend. - ManagetaskssuchasPOraisinginvoicingreconciliationsandcosttrackingtoensurecompliance
withfinancialpolicies.
Eventmanagement
onbudgetandmeetthequalitystandards.
Qualifications
ArewelookingforyouYesifyouhave
- Auniversityorcollegedegree
- FluencyinbothEnglishandHungarian
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftWordExcelandPowerPoint
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoengagestakeholdersatalllevels
- Strongattentiontodetailandsolidfinancialunderstanding
- Theabilitytoworkindependentlywhilemanagingmultipleprojectsandmeetingdeadlines
- Well-developedprojectmanagementandorganizationalskills
- Theabilitytoprioritizetasksandperformwellundertimepressure
- Aproactivemindsetandstrongproblem-solvingskills

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communicationsideally in a multinational and multicultural environment
