The Opportunity

As part of the Integration Architecture team you will lead and execute large-scale device migration projects m bo seamless transitions and data integrity. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems mentor junior team members and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of device management across diverse environments. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical knowledge and personal brand while working with advanced migration solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Skilled in device migration projects
- Competent in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
- Experienced in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Knowledgeable in Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
- Familiar with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security
- Relevant certifications in migration tools preferred
- Mentoring junior team members on migration practices
- Experience across diverse device environments
Experience : 6- 8 years
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Skilled and experienced Senior Device Management & Migration Specialist t with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in device migration projects using Quest On Demand Migration solutions along with expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint device management across diverse device environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute large-scale device migration projects leveraging Quest On Demand Migration tools to streamline migration of user profiles data and configurations across Windows environments.
Plan coordinate and implement migration strategies minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity during transitions.
Design implement and manage device management policies and configurations using Microsoft Intune across Windows iOS Android and macOS devices.
Monitor device compliance security status troubleshoot endpoint issues and collaborate with security teams to enforce device security policies and patch management adhering to corporate standards.
Automate device migration and management tasks using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API to improve efficiency and reporting.
Provide advanced support for device onboarding enrollment lifecycle management and mentor junior team members on migration best practices and Intune device management.
Qualifications & Skills:
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience primarily in device migration projects using Quest On Demand Migration or similar migration platforms.
Strong expertise in endpoint device management using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for multi-platform environments (Windows iOS Android macOS).
Experience planning and executing Windows device migrations focusing on profile data and application transition using Quest or equivalent tools.
Proficient in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for both migration workflows and device management.
Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory Conditional Access device compliance policies and integration with Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with endpoint security concepts such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Zero Trust security models.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate and/or Quest certifications related to migration tools are highly desirable.
