What Youll Own
Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates using LinkedIn job boards talent communities and internal databases
Coordinate interviews assessments and communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Draft publish and manage job descriptions and hiring assets across platforms
Maintain recruitment trackers dashboards and status reports
Conduct basic talent research salary benchmarking and competitor mapping
Support pre-boarding & onboarding activities (documentation orientation communication)
Research best-in-class HR practices and contribute to process improvements
Support employer branding via content outreach and candidate engagement initiatives
Who You Are
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Psychology Business or related domain (completed or final year)
Strong communication coordination & follow-through skills
Detail-oriented organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Familiarity with Google Sheets Docs Excel LinkedIn search etc.
Curious self-driven and excited to learn modern talent practices and tools
