Position: Financial Sales Specialist Polish & English Speaker
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Financial Sales Specialist to join our this position youll leverage consultative sales techniques to drive new business and exceed monthly targets. With every interaction youll have the chance to make an impact and establish long-lasting client relationships. This role provides a unique opportunity to excel in a high-energy evolving industry all while staying at the forefront of financial market trends.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue with a consultative approach and smart sales strategies.
  • Client Development: Forge and nurture strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their unique needs.
  • Sales Targets: Regularly meet and aim to exceed sales goals contributing to the teams overall success.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service to build loyalty and maintain satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches and client advice.

What Were Looking For in You:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales ideally within financial services or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in both Polish and English.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CFD trading and cryptocurrency trading techniques is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels under deadlines.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Hours:40 hours/week - Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm; Work from office: 3 days/week
