Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with booking maintenance services rescheduling and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about our maintenance services policies and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Must be a recent graduate (Bachelors degree in any field).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computers email and chat-based customer support tools.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules to align with U.S. business hours.
