Job Overview:

Were looking for an Operations & Product Architecture Specialist to support internal operations and product development. This role focuses on building structured scalable workflows in ClickUp organizing detailed product information and supporting leadership with product-focused operational initiatives. The ideal candidate has a technical mindset strong organizational skills and experience working with project management tools to create clarity and structure across teams.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain operational solutions architecture in ClickUp
Input and organize complex product information and documentatio
Collaborate on product architecture development and plannin
Support internal operations with a product-focused lens
Manage technical aspects of product operations infrastructure
Work directly with leadership on product development initiatives
Organize and structure operational workflows and processes

Requirements:

Experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms
Background in operations management or product operations
Technical mindset with attention to detail and organizatio
Interest in product development and architecture
Ability to work independently on complex operational tasks
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Previous experience in operations or product management roles preferred
