Job Description
BTS Indonesia is looking to hire interns for 2025. We are seeking individuals who can commit to a 36 month internship with preference given to final-year students able to commit to the full 6 months.
We prioritize interns who have the ambition to join BTS as full-time hires after their internships. Your time with us will give you a complete glimpse into the life of a BTS Consultant while allowing you to demonstrate your fit with the role and our culture.

As a Business Analyst Intern youll gain hands-on consulting experience supporting our teams in designing simulations preparing workshops and shaping leadership programs for senior executives.

What youll do:
- Support consultants in designing and managing projects that directly contribute to clients strategy and business priorities.
- Assist in preparing and delivering workshops virtually locally and regionally.
- Conduct research create materials and test programs to ensure quality and impact.
- Learn by working alongside experienced consultants contributing ideas and insights.
- Help enhance client relationships by identifying new needs and opportunities.
What were looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top university with strong skills in presentation and analysis.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (another Asian language is a plus).
- Interest in finance leadership and innovation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case competitions consulting clubs public speaking travel).
