Our location in Roseville MN currently has an opportunity for a Shipping Specialist.
WHAT YOULL DO
Timely processing of receipts and shipments including international and domestic goods.
Cross functional communication and interaction with various functions including regulatory customer service supply chain etc. and others as required.
Timely returns processing as applicable.
Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks.
Complete Warehousing & Inventory execution tasks as applicable.
Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically.
Generate Work Orders from an ERP system.
Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system.
Perform cycle counting.
Process stock transfers and material requests.
Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
Operate material handling equipment.
Including potential use of forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification.
Load and/or unload trucks as required.
Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training and PPE.
Must work over time as required for business needs.
Support all initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and other regulatory requirements.
Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations other regulatory requirements Company policies operating procedures processes and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees customers contractors and vendors.
The base pay for this position is
$17.55 $35.15/hourIn specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted.
