Position Summary:
The Financial Center Specialist 1 is responsible for providing exceptional client service operational and audit excellence while attracting new clients and cross selling loans deposits and other bank products and services.
This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay.

Required Qualifications Competencies and Skills:
- GED or High school diploma
- 1 year of retail banking experience
- Previous cross-selling and sales experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with supervisory responsibilities in the managers absence
- Contribute to the financial centers success by achieving assigned goals
- Engage in consultative conversations with clients to build relationships cross-sell and promote Fidelitys products and services
- Open new deposit accounts and process consumer loan applications
- Perform teller duties as necessary to maintain efficient customer service standards
- Maintain knowledge of all Fidelitys products and services
- Assist in vault responsibilities as needed
- Make calls to current clients and prospects to enhance current relationships and build new business
- Provide customer assistance related to banking needs both in-person and over the phone
- Assist supervisor with maintaining accurate reports
- Report any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary
- Assist in maintaining branch appearance standards
- Assist with mentoring associates
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures

- Comply with regulatory rules and regulations evidenced through successful completion of training and demonstrated ability
