Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE : Ensure all purchase orders are issued completely and accurately. Ensures all stocks received from the suppliers are acknowledged accurately.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure all purchase orders for receiving are issued
Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers
Responsible in transferring/sending data files to other departments
Encode quantity received and packers productivity
Ensure all promo items were packed and received on the same day.
Return all bad orders and other unproductive SKUs to suppliers
Encode necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist
Ensure all payroll of Distribution Staff are released
Respond to suppliers delivery complaint
Responsible for the requisition/distributions of office and warehouse supplies
