Could Your Work Help Reduce Carbon Footprints and Inspire Sustainability

In this position you will be responsible for selling the organisations B2B products across multiple channels within the infrastructure and energy segments.

You will have the unique opportunity to work in a truly global sales team reporting directly to the Sales Manager- Infrastructure Portugal and be based in our office in Portugal - Palmela. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong negotiations and long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers.

This is what you can look forward to in this role

  • Providing customers with specifications quotations as well as product advises including advanced technical knowledge.
  • Commercial and growth responsibility for customers by generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling and in accordance with the sales targets.
  • Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions. Using all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to the customer.
  • Identify and communicate sales leads and opportunities in CRM.

What does it take to become our new team member

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent in years of experience in sales positions.
  • Experience in sales within the coatings infrastructure or construction materials industries is a preferred but we welcome diverse and strong sales backgrounds and transferable skills.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills & ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with Excel including Microsoft Office package and D365.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
