Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage distributor network specializing in lubricant business.
- Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume revenue and margin growth.
- Provide guidance to distributors on lubricant business in close coordination with other line of business and stakeholders to accomplish distribution coverage objectives.
- Establish critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain related matters including ordering delivery and standard offer and demand planning.
- Develop and support the distributor network focusing on the growth of premium and high margin products.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering business studies economicsor other relevant disciplines with CGPA above 3.00.
- Willing to travel and to be based throughout Malaysia with own transportation.
- Possesses 3to 5 years experience in sales role.
- Exposure in automotive machinery or gas technology background will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
