General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the construction project of offline retail shops creating multiple retail visibility solutions (for various scenarios including events pop-up shops displays etc.) and supporting offline business growth.
- Setting high-end in-store visual guidelines and monitoring execution quality.
- Managing suppliers and organizing the importation/production of locally made retail furniture props materials and related resources necessary for retail shops.
- Aligning with HQ and RHQ standards while adapting them locally.
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Being familiar with the primary materials and techniques of retail shop construction furniture and props and having an understanding of the market suppliers and pricing.
- Demonstrating logical thinking ability and being able to communicate transparently and coordinate well with the team.
- Being skilled in project management with a strong sense of time quality and cost and the ability to quickly integrate into projects and drive results.
- Managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
- Understanding the retail industry and retail brands.
- Having extensive knowledge of consumer electronics with at least 3 years of working experience in retail shop construction.
- Demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.
- Being able to work in an international cultural team.
- Proficiency in English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
