Job Summary/ Purpose:
- Play a critical role within the Operations Management team
- Be responsible for the development and retention of ateam of retail staff and supervisors
- Be accountable for development of the business achieving both sales and productivity targets within his/ her store
- Communicate clear objectives and expectations onservice excellence productivity managerial behaviours and accountabilityto his/ her team
- Promote theVISION- MISSION- CORE VALUES- POLICIESof the company through concrete managerial actions
- Works in close collaboration with Area Manager Operations Manager and with the support services team
Requirements:
- Minimum2 years of experience in managerial roles(managing both staff and supervisors level) preferable in retail operations
- Minimum Secondary School/SPM Diploma in Retail Management or related fields of study would be an advantage
- Able to work retail hours including but not limited to late nights weekends and public holidays
- People orientatedperson
- Passionate aboutretailoperations
- Result orientated goal achiever with a hands on approach
- Able to work within a team of managers
- Able tocommunicate effectivelyin a multicultural environment (workforce peers and customers) in English
- Organised structured able to plan operations activities with autonomy manage own time
- Keen sense of fashionand apassion for the fashion industry well groomed Excellentcustomer service and interpersonal skills
- Effectiveverbal listening and written communication skills.Able to communicate in amulti cultural environment(workforce peers and customers)
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
