JOB TITLE: Programs Manager
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- The Programs Manager will oversee the planning development and execution of WINs programs ensuring their alignment with strategic goals. The role emphasizes leadership strategic partnerships fundraising and overall program management to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Development:
- Lead the design of long-term programs aligned with WINs objectives.
- Develop annual work plans for program activities and ensure their execution.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the programs team to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Build capacity within the team through training and development.
Partnerships & Networking:
- Establish and sustain relationships with local and international donors partners and stakeholders.
- Represent WIN at key events and meetings to expand partnerships.
Revenue Generation:
- Develop strategies to secure funding through partnerships grants and donations.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet revenue targets.
Program Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of programs to measure success and impact.
- Ensure timely submission of donor reports and program performance updates.
Resource Management:
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.
- Monitor program budgets to prevent overspending and ensure accountability.
Innovation & Advocacy:
- Develop creative approaches to addressing gender-related issues.
- Advocate for policies that support WINs objectives through strategic communication.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Development Studies Business Administration Social Sciences or a related field; Masters degree is an advantage.
- 57 years of experience in program leadership project management and stakeholder engagement in the NGO sector.
- Strong track record of securing grants partnerships and donor funding.
- Established relationships with donors partners and stakeholders in the development sector.
- Advanced knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and reporting frameworks.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in program design implementation and evaluation with evidence of impactful project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams develop talent and manage resources effectively.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial planning budget management and resource allocation for projects.
- High proficiency in project management tools data analytics and report writing.
- Strong understanding of gender equality womens rights and community-based development.
Salary
N150000 N200000 Monthly.
