Position: Asia-Pacific China Manager for Nimonik
Location: Peoples Square HuangPu Shanghai China
Start Date: Immediately
You will lead growth of Nimonik products and services in Asia Pacific Region and for the management of the Nimonik China team. You will be joining a fast growing AI technology company with a great team and fantastic customers. You will be responsible for growing the business in China and in Asia-Pacific in general you will be a leader within the organization.
Requirements
- Native Mandarin Speaker Fluency in English. Other languages are an asset.
- 3 years of experience in management
- Overseas work experience
- 3 years experience in business development and sales
- Understanding of AI NLP and other relevant computer science areas
- Desire to run and grow and existing business with an AI centric strategy
- Knowledge or interest in compliance and software solutions
- Resourceful know-how good at dealing with ambiguity
- Knowledge of Lean Principles and a strong continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to prepare basic financial reports track sales and costs and prepare a budget
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationship with customers
- Develop new customers in China and other Asian-Pacific countries
- Participate in daily call with Headquarters in Montreal at 9PM China Time
- Coach and help sales team to achieve ARR target
- Maintain strong relationship with Nimonik China partners
- Gather feedback from customers partners and staff on product quality and potential improvements
- Review Monthly and Weekly Financial Information provide input into cash flow and projections
- Meet budget and provide feedback on projections
Salary & Compensation
Total compensation package between 240000 RMB and 500000 RMB in Year 1 Based on Performance.
Shares and profit sharing will be issued to this partner.
Location
Initial training in Montral Canada. You must live and work in Shanghai and be present at the office every day.

Nimonik Shanghai was first established in China in 2010 by Notisum AB a Swedish company that is now owned by Karnov Group in Denmark. Nimonik Shanghai currently services over 300 industrial and manufacturing plants with environmental health and safety regulatory compliance information. Accounting and other services are outsourced to a company in Shanghai. All software development and technical work is done from Canada or other offices around the world.
