What Youll Do:

• Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner in accordance of the Companys Mission Statement Promise of Performance and Company policy
• Develop strategies to enhance productivity or improve processes and procedures so that performance goals are met or exceeded
• Responsible for leveraging operational data and metrics to monitor team effectiveness
• Manage end to end Recruitment processes and maximize the use of our systems and technologies ensuring effective processes
• Overseeandmanagetherecruitmentprocessandlifecycleincludingsourcingcandidates

• conducting initialassessments1stlineinterviews final selection processand pre-hire checks

• Ensurethetimelyandcosteffectivefulfilmentofallopenrequisitionswithqualitytalent
• Proactivelyleadupdatesonallopenpositionstothebusinessandcultivatestrongconsultativerelationshipswithhiringmanagers
• Establishandmonitorperformanceagainstmetrics.
• Coach manageand develop theRecruitmentteaminawaythatoptimizesperformanceincluding training and guidance to the team on strategies and best practice Lead by example
• Prepareanddeliverhighlevelreportingforseniorbusinessstakeholdersnotingmarketfeedback challenges and trends
• Ensurecompliancewithall legislative requirements andotherinternalbenchmarksasappropriate.
• Ensure all processes are followed to ensure integrity of hire including background and reference checks
• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet profiles and build talent pools
• Work in partnership with internal client base to forecast job requisitions and hiring needs plans
• Work with Senior Management to develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure compliance to our company pre-hire requirements (references) and legislative requirements
• Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees
• Other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field would be an asset

Experience

• Minimum 1-years Bill Gosling Outsourcing experience in a recruitment position or equivalent work experience.

• Previous leadership experience would be considered an asset

Certificates Licenses & Registration:
There are no personal certification licensing or registration requirements for this job

Reports to: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

All Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) French. Please note that Information security responsibilities are based on role.
