Do you lead with strategy inspire sales teams and deliver exceptional results while upholding the highest service standards

As a Sales Manager we rely on you to:

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize business opportunities for the Colombo and Hambantota properties.
  • Identify target and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings presentations and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Develop tailored proposals and contracts for corporate clients ensuring alignment with business objectives and guest expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and loyalty programs aimed at corporate travelers.
  • Represent the hotel at corporate networking events trade shows and business forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance preparing reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and effective account management.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • 2 years of experience in corporate sales within the luxury hospitality industry in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage corporate accounts negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankas corporate market and related key industries.
  • Excellent relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in revenue optimization market analysis and strategic sales planning.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings industry events and networking opportunities.
