Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project management including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate resource allocation and ensure optimal team productivity.
Communicate project status risks and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and track performance against objectives.
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and implementation of best practices.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve delivery bottlenecks.

KPIs:

Timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget
Agile delivery metrics such as sprint velocity and team throughput
Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Effective risk identification and mitigation
Resource utilization and productivity

Requirements

Over 10 years of project management experience in the technology or software development sector.
Strong background in both traditional and agile methodologies.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
PMP certification is required.
At least one Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments.
Proven capability to lead teams through both structured and agile delivery models.
