Job Summary
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee dailynight auditandincome audit functions.
- Verify rate check reports revenue postings and credit card reconciliations.
- Investigate revenue discrepancies unauthorized adjustments and anomalies in audit trails.
- Review and approve reports on discounts complimentary offers no-shows and cancellations
- Review and approve voids entertainment (ENT) and EDM checks.
- Oversee outdoor catering cost controls equipment gate passes food quantities and returns.
- Review and approve vendor contracts rate comparisons and purchase finalizations.
- Ensure procurement processes align with company policy legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct random spot checks on outlets bars stores and cashier floats.
- Supervise and reconcile monthly physical inventory counts across departments.
- Review and confirm accurate cost allocation in the MC system.
- Ensure all PM accounts are closed before month-end.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Management (a professional qualification such as CIMA ACCA or CA is preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance cost control or audit functions preferably in a star-class hotel or large facility
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge ofhotel financial systems
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with department heads.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
