Responsibilities:
Independently drive data analysis and report creation.
Lead development of in-depth client proposals and business cases.
Conduct comprehensive industry research and provide strategic insights.
Manage client engagements and ensure project deliverables.
Implement and oversee project quality assurance processes.
Guide and mentor junior consultants in project activities.
Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions.
Represent the consulting team in client stakeholder meetings.
Oversee final testing and validation of client solutions.
