Tasks & Responsibilities
- Process and manage the personnel reward data efficiently and accurately through support from Global Business Service; review documents and validate monthly salary payment with all changes and attention to details with high level of accuracy.
- Maintain HR information systems (local/global) as administrator role; collect feedback and improve the functions of local HRIS for better user experience and other needs of HR data reporting.
- Support annual budget planning for personnel related costs analysis.
- Participate in C&B surveys conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitiveness for each position and function.
- Conduct reviews with stakeholders and updates HR policies and procedures periodically based on HR Plan and related laws.
- Administer the planning and implementation of health and insurance programs; organize regular meetings of Employee Welfare Labor-Management and Pension Supervisory Committee.
Requirements
- University degree is required prefer in Human Resources or Business related majors.
- 3 years of work experience in HR C&B function is preferable.
- Be able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented good planning analytical and communication skills.
