Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality and cost-efficient MNAND test strategies.
- Understand UFS and LPDRAM defect mechanisms and collaborate with ecosystem teams to develop effective and innovative test suites.
- Collaborate with test engineering teams to define and secure necessary test fixtures for memory and system testing.
- Conduct electrical failure analysis of the MNAND products through different phases of the product life cycling such as qualification high volume manufacturing and customer returns.
- Collaborate with frontend Probe and PE teams to understand the impact of upcoming changes to the backend. Participate in probe data analysis frontend to backend synchronization and shift-left coverage from backend to probe
- Extensive usage of data analysis and parsing tools to improving yields test times and quality of the products.
- Establish robust business processes with partnering teams to validate all Test changes systematically efficiently and drive continual improvement.
- Meet project milestone deliverables and achieve best-in-class quality yield test-time metrics.
- Drive best practices through continual alignment and appropriate knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Minimum in Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Able to work under fast pace and high-pressure environment.
- Able to work in a laboratory and engineering environment.
- Able to write engineering report/summary of issues analyzed.
- At least 3 years of experience in two of more of the following areas:
- Knowledge of storage interfaces especially in UFS/LPDRAM would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of 3D NAND or LPDRAM storage.
- Knowledge of product level testing and electrical failure analysis(EFA).
- Knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE) oscilloscopes logic and/or interface protocol analyzers.
- Experience with software tools (e.g. JMP) artificial intelligence (AI) tools and statistical methods for data parsing and analysis.
