LOCATION: 168 Third Ave. Waltham MA 02451 (can work remotely)
TITLE: Compensation Analyst III
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Lead and assist in the planning design implementation monitoring and administration of new or complex compensation programs and projects.
Administer and monitor compensation programs for assigned clients and regions.
Lead and assist in the design and implementation of programs and provide consultation guidance and support to HR partners and line managers on compensation matters.
Analyze labor and market data to assess competitive position of compensation or benefits programs and develop recommended actions based on findings.
Develop advanced financial models performs detailed statistical analysis and prepare reports and presentations.
Research and analyze new or revised regulations and legislation provide assessment of impact and develop recommended actions.
Support merger and acquisition related program integrations and transitions.
TRAVEL: Up to 5% domestic and international travel required. Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration Human Resources Management or related field of study plus 3 years of experience as a Rewards Specialist or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration Human Resources Management or related field of study plus 5 years of experience as a Rewards Specialist or related occupation as an equivalent alternative.
Required knowledge or experience with:
Data analysis in Excel including complicated formulas data models and analyzing large datasets;
Data storytelling experience translating complex data findings into dashboards graphs and PowerPoint slides;
HR Information Systems including Oracle and Workday;
Market pricing methodologies;
Complex organizations structures and environments with international compensation and benefits practices;
Compensation-related laws and regulations including FLSA & EEO;
Compensation and benefits theories principles job evaluation and job leveling techniques.
