Job Description
This position provides support for various Saint Lukes Physician Group operations and initiatives. The position is responsible for the support of operations that have major impact and are given significant accountability and ownership of these operations. The position will interact with executives providers practices and other business services to be able to synthesize requests and data into appropriate analyses.
Assist with the physician contracting process (both employed and independent) for new agreements and amendments facilitating the analysis generation routing tracking and execution.
Draft new agreements and addendums maintaining templates and work closely with the legal department to ensure contracts are compliant and language accurately captures the intended arrangement.
Support the physician recruitment onboarding and operational teams to ensure contractual questions or issues are addressed.
Review supplemental pay submissions to ensure accurate and timely processing of physician payments.
Complete accurate physician and APP compensation calculations within specified timelines.
Assist with maintaining physician and APP compensation data using relevant software systems and tools.
Facilitate proactive and effective communication regarding physician and APP compensation matters with relevant stakeholders ensuring clarity and understanding.
Assist with management of the time-tracking software for administrative time.
Develops and maintains positive effective working relationships with teammates internal clients and resources and external parties to ensure effective collaboration on all analysis and reporting activities.
Provide backup and support for teammates.
Performs other related duties as requested.
