Job Summary

Oliver Mall have been exclusively retained to assist in the appointment of an experienced Payroll professional for a global organisation with new offices launched in the heart of Cork City.

Your Role:

Ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for 200 employees in Belgium Germany Ireland Netherlands Spain and the United Kingdom while partnering with multiple payroll vendors
Ensure equity related transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure accurate withholding and submission of payroll taxes and other deductions using multiple payroll platforms
Ensure all requirements are met for all government reporting regulation and compliance for payroll taxes withholding and employer contributions
Assist employees with payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Special projects ad-hoc reports as needed

Your Experience:

3 years International payroll experience
Regulatory payroll knowledge
Detail oriented with strong analytical written and oral communication skills
Good payroll auditing techniques via reports and experience
Strong communication interpersonal organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to listen attentively adhere to tight-deadlines multi-task maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standard of ethics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation
Associate degree or higher in Finance Accounting or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
ADP Streamline or similar payroll platform
