Aviation Finance Solicitor
Description:
We are hiring for our client a highly regarded international law firm to join their Dublin team as an Aviation Finance Solicitor. This role is ideal for a motivated finance lawyer with at least 1 year PQE who is eager to work within a market-leading Aviation Group advising a diverse range of clients including banks airlines leasing companies export credit agencies and funds.
The successful candidate will have strong finance experience and a proven ability to manage transactions and collaborate effectively within a team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border aviation finance transactions including aircraft lease portfolio securitisations and the establishment of leasing and joint venture companies in Ireland.

The Role:
Advise on aviation finance transactions acting for banks and borrowers.
Manage complex domestic and international transactions including securitisations and joint ventures.
Work closely with a diverse client base across banks leasing companies and aviation industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues across finance and other practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
Support the development and execution of innovative financing structures.
The Person:
Minimum 1 year PQE with strong aviation or finance law experience gained at a recognised law firm.
Demonstrable ability to manage transactions effectively and work well as part of a high-performing team.
Strong academic background and excellent technical drafting and attention-to-detail skills.
Proven track record in client service and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Flexible and resilient able to thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment.
